Every Ballet dancers, beginning or advanced, has specific questions, related not only to "How to dance" but also "How to do things in ballet".

Sometimes, it is not very easy to ask such questions, they can be very personnal (for example related to ballet and menstrual cycles), the ballet dancer can be shy or afraid of looking weird to "Ask this so common question". This is why we created this Ballet Howtos, with a simple aim, provide the right answer to the right questions, to every ballet dancers. We do not consider any questions as beeing useless, the most useless is not to ask a question when one needs to know something.
